Maintenance Management System Coordinator

- Manages a maintenance and asset resource management application database.- Develops and maintains tracking systems and reports for maintenance activities. - Coordinates development and implementation of maintenance management policies and procedures. - Provides training to journeymen and clerical support staff. - Develops filing systems, and assists in the maintenance of the filing systems. MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
GS-06:
1 year of specialized experience equivalent in difficulty and complexity to at least the GS-05 level in the Federal service. GS-07:
1 year of specialized experience equivalent in difficulty and complexity to at least the GS-06 level in the Federal service. GS-08:
1 year of specialized experience equivalent in difficulty and complexity to at least the GS-07 level in the Federal service.DEFINITION OF SPECIALIZED
Experience:
To meet specialized experience, your resume must describe experience that demonstrates the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities as follows:
GS-06:
Experience in two of the following:
assembling information in order to create corrective and preventative maintenance work orders; monitoring project deadlines; and utilizing a variety of software and databases to manage maintenance projects.GS-07:
Experience in three of the following:
researching and assembling information for use in order to create corrective and preventative maintenance work orders; correlating financial resources with needs for manpower and material; setting and monitoring project deadlines; or utilizing a variety of software and databases to manage maintenance projects. GS-08:
Experience in four of the following:
researching and assembling information in order to create corrective and preventative maintenance work orders; correlating financial resources with needs for manpower and material; setting and monitoring project deadlines; utilizing a variety of software and databases to manage maintenance projects; developing and analyzing information regarding maintenance completed at each facility; and preparing and analyzing historical maintenance records, craft backlogs, and maintenance downtime reports related to availability and reliability of equipment.
